After having worked with two of the Netherlands’ bigger firms in Rotterdam and Amsterdam, I returned to Utrecht, the city where I completed my law degree. In 2017, I founded Crux Legal with Patrick and Karen.

In my profession, I do not merely look at the legal aspects of a case, but I constantly keep an eye on interests of my client’s business. My approach is decisive, I quickly deliver practical advice and enjoy building long-lasting relationships with my clients.

I regularly teach inhouse courses at various levels in our client’s organizations, from HR managers to boards of directors. I am also a teacher in an employment law program for professionals at a well-known training institute.

In 2011, I successfully completed the post-graduate employment law program (PALA) of the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. I am a member of various organizations for employment law professionals, including the Association of Specialist Employment Lawyers (VAAN) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).

Clients find me to-the-point and appreciate my deep involvement, my focus on solutions and my persuasiveness.
