Karen Beijerman

With over eighteen years of experience as an employment lawyer and a (cum laude) diploma from the Grotius Academy employment law program, I know my way in employment law.

Employment law is a people business and that is what I like about it. Clients appreciate my personal and pragmatic approach, and my clear and practical advice. I like using my expertise to keep clients updated on new developments and to help them find a suitable solution for every new challenge.

By the motto “where there is a will, there is a way”, I help our clients to choose their goals and the best way to achieve them, with a full focus on the client’s business needs. Clients describe me as a flexible, creative and positive sparring partner.

I am a member of the Association of Specialist Employment Lawyers (VAAN), the Employment Law Association (VVA) and the Association for Professionals in Employee Participation (BVMP). I am also connected to Nieuw Organiseren, the platform for and about innovative organizing methods. I regularly teach courses and host workshops about various employment law topics.
